Some little known facts about John:

What are people saying about John?

I had the privilege of working with John during the summer of 2008, while he was providing consulting services to our company. What impressed me the most about John was his ability to convey trust and ownership to the people he managed. I still keep his “Development Philosophy Review” at my desk, where he presents his vision to “put more expectations and power to deliver in the
hands of strategic development teams” and his key principle for management to “trust in motivated individuals”. The introduction of this philosophy (which I believe may have influenced critical management changes in our company) has greatly improved the effectiveness and morale of our team. —
