Started with PHP around 2005 as a student developing a website for a university
department. After a several-years pause for a postgraduate program, returned to
the PHP world in 2009 and completed the Zend PHP 5.3 Engineer certification in
2011. In recent years, has been working in the E-commerce sector in Hamburg.
Fields of interest, besides writing code, include psychology, linguistics,

Property Hooks, introduced last year in PHP 8.4, have triggered wide interest and discussion within the PHP community. It’s quite common with a new feature that discourse touches only basic functionalities when real-life scenarios need to wait for release, and even then, it will take time to find the feature in the right place.
